Rajkot 3BHK premium: Is it really worth it?

Kalawad Road — I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing 3BHKs. That price premium for the extra room? Seems like a huge stretch. Everyone says 3BHKs are better, but the ROI just doesn't add up. Change my mind.

Bhai, future-proofing dekho. Family badhti hai, guests aate hain. Aaj toh extra lagega, but 5-7 saal mein you won't regret it. Resale value bhi 3BHK ki always better hoti hai, especially on Kalawad Road jaisi prime location pe. Soch samajh ke invest karo.

Totally agree yaar, the jump from 2 to 3BHK feels like a rip-off. Builders just add a small room and hike the price by 30-40%. Is it really worth that much extra EMI? I'm in the same boat, thinking if that premium really makes sense in terms of actual usability.
