3BHKs in Mota Mava feel like a huge stretch, honestly. Kids bade ho rahe hain, we definitely need more space. Dekha tha Balaji Group ke projects 150 Feet Ring Road pe, but wife ko school access aur neighborhood safety ki tension hai. Is it really worth paying extra for Mota Mava or Nana Mava for a family? Or should I consider Gondal Road for better value, even if it's a bit far?

Totally understand your situation. Mota Mava is great but prices are insane. Balaji Group ka naam suna hai but reviews mixed hain. Gondal Road pe value better mil sakti hai, par commute ka kya? Kids ke school aur daily office travel mein problem toh nahi aayegi?
