Currently in a 2BHK near University Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK on Kalawad Road. Budget for a 3BHK is around ₹80L. Builder quotes from Ansal API seem okay, but what's the actual stamp duty and registration cost in Rajkot? Log bolte hain it's a big hidden chunk. Is it really 6-7%? Kaise manage karein yeh extra cost?
