What's the actual word on Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's maintenance costs post-possession? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Kalawad Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Heard some mixed reviews about upkeep. Also, unki construction quality kaisi hai, like plumbing issues ya plaster cracks? Already have a home loan, so don't want surprises. On-time delivery ka track record kaisa hai Ansal API ka? Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth it if maintenance becomes a headache?

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. 1967 se hain market mein, Delhi HQ hai, but reputation Rajkot mein kuch khaas nahi hai. Maintenance toh problem hai hi, unke previous projects mein delays aur quality issues ki stories bahut suni hain. Home loan already hai toh risk mat lo, pehle research kar lo.
