Rajkot: Amenities ka asli ROI kya hai?
Did a virtual tour of Ansal Aastha Mig Zone and it looks decent online. I'm based in Dubai, so physical site visits aren't easy for me. Really worried about construction quality for long-term investment. Has anyone faced issues like seepage, cracks, ya plumbing problems within the first year or two? Matlab, does this affect the property's rental value or resale potential in Rajkot? Builder ki finishing kaisi hai, does it hold up? Also, amenities ka kya scene hai? They show a big clubhouse and gym, but are they actually well-maintained and used daily, or just a showpiece? Does having these amenities truly justify higher maintenance charges or fetch a premium rent? For an investor like me, who can't manage things daily from afar, what's the ground reality of these amenities and their value?
