Since last year, I'm tracking Rajkot properties closely. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is on my radar. Their parking allocation system feels a bit vague. Is it covered, open, lottery-based? And security features ka kya scene hai compared to other completed projects? Experienced buyers, your insights would be helpful.

U1, parking ka scene wahi hai jo Ansal ke baaki projects mein hota hai. Mostly open parking hai, kuch covered spots hain jo lottery se dete hain ya additional charge pe. Security ke liye guards hain, but cameras ka coverage mujhe thoda patchy laga jab main visit kiya tha.
