Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on University Road kal. Honestly, construction pace dekh ke darr lag raha hai. My kids need a bigger space, but I'm worried about builder delays affecting school admissions next year. Everyone glorifies RERA, but is it really effective for builder delays, especially for projects like Ansal Aastha? Builder-buyer agreements mein itne loopholes hote hain yaar, saare clauses builder ke favour mein. RERA sirf paper pe hai ya actual relief milta hai? Koi experience share karega? Change my mind if RERA actually works for you.

Bhai, RERA is good on paper, but actual implementation is a different story. My friend booked with a well-known builder near Krishna Kunj, and even after RERA, the possession got delayed by a year. They just pay a small penalty, which is nothing compared to our EMI and rent burden. I totally get your fear about school admissions because moving plans get completely messed up. It feels like the system is designed to protect builders, not us first-time buyers who are investing our life savings.
