Rajkot builders are too rigid on prices
My 2BHK in Mota Mava feels a bit cramped now, and I'm seriously looking at upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Budget ₹80L-₹1.2Cr, mostly around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. I'm checking out some projects by Balaji Group and even Ansal API's Krishna Kunj. Mera main concern hai ki Rajkot mein property negotiation kitna feasible hai? Builder bolte hain 'fixed price', but I'm sure kuch toh scope hoga. Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain, like 2-3% or more? Also, hidden charges se bahut darr lagta hai. Possession ke time extra demands suni hain, especially for parking ya club membership. Kya koi specific cheezein hain jinpe dhyaan dena chahiye to avoid surprises? Aur payment plan mein construction-linked smart hai ya down payment deal better milti hai? Please share your experiences.

Bhai, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Rajkot mein builders ka attitude bahut rigid hai. 'Fixed price' bolke seedha mana kar dete hain, negotiation ka scope bahut kam lagta hai. Meri bhi same problem hai, ek 3BHK dekh raha hoon.
True that! Main bhi Balaji Group ka ek project dekh raha tha Kalawad Road pe. 1.5% discount maanga toh aise dekha jaise maine unki property free mein maang li ho. Bahut tough hai
