Visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, aur unka sample flat toh mast laga. But I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for investment. My main worry is construction quality. Suna hai Rajkot projects mein 1-2 saal baad cracks aur seepage aate hain. This definitely impacts resale value and tenant attraction, right? Also, amenities ka premium justify hota hai kya if maintenance is poor? Yaar, is it just me, ya builders promise a lot but deliver average quality? Should I pay extra for a brand with better build?
