What's the real story with construction quality from Balaji Group or Madhav Group in Rajkot? Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and looking for a smaller 2BHK or compact 3BHK flat. Want something manageable, low maintenance, aur hospital ke paas. My budget is around ₹70-90L. Bahut projects dekhe hain near Mota Mava and Kalawad Road, especially with AIIMS and the 150 Feet Ring Road expansion. How reliable are these builders with delivery and promised specifications? Kya kisi ko pata hai achhe builders ka track record Rajkot mein? Should I focus on areas that are already developed ya naye areas mein bhi potential hai? Thanks for any insights.

Bhai, aapne bilkul sahi point uthaya hai. Rajkot mein delivery delays toh common ho gaye hain. Balaji Group ka toh suna hai, unke ek project mein mere friend ka possession 6 mahine late hua tha. Madhav ka experience kaisa hai, yeh main bhi jaanna chahta hoon.
