Did some online research on Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot for a 3BHK. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. I'm really worried about actual carpet area versus advertised super area. Builders often play with these numbers, right? Also, possession ke time kya hidden surprises aate hain? Especially post-possession maintenance charges, are they reasonable or just extortion? Any past buyers from Rajkot, please share your experience. Legal clarity bahut important hai for me.

Bhai, Ansal API ka track record toh waise bhi thoda iffy raha hai. Ye builder 1967 se hain, based out of New Delhi, but in recent times, kaafi projects delay hue hain. Carpet area ka issue toh inke saath common complaint hai, especially for first-time buyers. Hidden charges aur maintenance ka toh poochho hi mat.
