Kids ab settle ho gaye hain, toh hum apna bada ghar bech ke chhota 2BHK ya 3BHK dekh rahe hain, maybe Kalawad Road ya Mota Mava pe. Budget ₹75-90L hai. Builders like Balaji Group ya Ansal API higher floors ke liye bohot extra maangte hain. Kya sach mein better air ya view ke liye itna pay karna worth it hai? Or is it just another way to squeeze more money? Any practical advice on negotiating these specific charges down? Ya phir ground floor hi best option hai?
