Rajkot families, what's your take on Ansal Aastha parking?

My kids are growing up fast, and this 2BHK is feeling super cramped, so we're seriously looking for a 3BHK in Rajkot. We visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month. The amenities shown in the brochure looked great – big clubhouse, green spaces, kids' play area. But honestly, site pe jaake thoda doubt hua. Construction quality visible at the time seemed okay, but not outstanding. My wife was more concerned about the actual usability of things, especially for the kids. Jo parking allocation ka scene hai, woh samajh nahi aaya. Will it be reserved or first-come, first-serve? With two cars, it's a big headache if there's no proper system. Also, security for kids playing in common areas, especially near parking, matters a lot. Anyone living there or bought recently? What's the real picture about parking and security systems? Aur amenities, are they actually usable ya bas showpiece hain? Need honest opinions.
