Rajkot family home: Mota Mava, Ring Road, or University Road?
₹95 lakh for a 3BHK on Kalawad Road feels like a lot right now. My family is growing, so we definitely need a bigger flat, at least a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a good school nearby and a safe neighbourhood for the children to play. I'm looking at a project by Balaji Group near Mota Mava, aur ek by Madhav Group on 150 Feet Ring Road. Balaji wala seems good for school access, but Madhav ka connectivity with the new airport road is tempting. University Road pe bhi Galaxy Group ke kuch options dekhe hain, but udhar price thoda upar jaa raha hai. Not sure if abhi prices peak pe hain ya AIIMS aur Ring Road expansion ke baad aur badhenge. Is it a good time to buy, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? What do you guys think about these areas? Which one would you pick for a family with kids, considering future appreciation and daily needs?
