₹68 lakh for a 2BHK in Krishna Kunj is a big commitment, and honestly, site visits don't really cover the ground reality of daily living. I'm looking at places by Maruti Group, even Pramukh sometimes. But my main worry is water supply. Is it municipal connection or mostly borewell dependent there? And how frequent are the power cuts in Krishna Kunj? Builders always promise DG backup, but does it actually work well? Any residents share their experience, especially during summer? It's a huge thing people miss during quick visits.
