Rajkot first-time buyers, how did you shortlist your property?
₹55 lakh for a 2BHK in Krishna Kunj seemed like a good deal initially, but now I'm just lost. I've done like 4-5 site visits, including Ansal API, and honestly, the whole process of shortlisting is so confusing. My budget is around ₹60L, and everyone gives different advice. My parents keep saying 'don't rush'. How do you even begin to decide? Is it just about location and price, or am I missing some big red flags? For a first-time buyer like me, the under-construction fear factor is real too; how do you evaluate delivery risk? I'm worried about putting my savings into something that might get delayed indefinitely. Any Rajkot folks been through this recently? What was your approach to narrowing down options and handling the uncertainty?

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Exactly my situation. Rajkot mein first-time buying is a maze. I also looked at Krishna Kunj, rates seem competitive but then the uncertainty starts.
Haan yaar, same here. Krishna Kunj ki location acchi hai no doubt, but the sales team always pushes for immediate booking. That's a red flag for me. What about the amenities they're promising? Are they actually delivering those in their other projects?
