posted on 26 AprRajkot flat search after kids moved out — Ansal Aastha doubts
I made a mistake earlier focusing just on carpet area and price for our new Rajkot flat. Now that the kids have moved out, I'm realizing something crucial for empty nesters: the actual *community vibe* matters more than anything. We're looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone (around ₹29-30 L for a 1 BHK). My 'discovery' is to visit the society multiple times – not just during the day, but evenings too. See if older residents are out, how they interact. Also, ask residents directly about actual monthly maintenance charges and elevator reliability. Builders often underquote maintenance. Any Ansal Aastha residents here? Is it genuinely friendly, or more isolated? Aur hospital proximity ka kya scene hai?
