Rajkot flat: Why are post-possession charges so high?

Just got possession of my Ansal API flat in Krishna Kunj. Two months in, maintenance is insane, and PLC was way more than expected. Did others face these hidden charges in Rajkot? Feel cheated.

Totally feel you, bhai! Builders ki yeh strategy ho gayi hai. Ansal API ka toh track record bhi kuch khaas nahi hai Rajkot mein, especially after their previous projects delays. Maintenance aur PLC hamesha hidden charges ki tarah aate hain, aur yeh log last minute pe surprise dete hain. Krishna Kunj mein aapka experience sunkar darr lag raha hai, because I was also considering a property there. Did they give any prior notice or was it just sprung on you?
