Rajkot home buyers: What's the real deal with build quality?
Fed up of renting for years, I'm finally taking the plunge in Rajkot. Done with landlords raising rent again, the EMI vs rent math just makes sense now. I'm looking at places like Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, but honestly, I'm super worried about the actual build quality after a year or two. You see so many projects look great initially, then cracks appear, seepage starts... it's a nightmare. What's the reality for these newer projects? Also, how much do promised amenities actually match what you get at possession? Like, do the gyms really work, or is it just a showpiece? Any red flags to look for during site visits regarding long-term construction issues? Would love to hear from people who've bought in Rajkot recently. What's your experience been like?
