Rajkot homebuyers, what's Ansal API's maintenance reality?

My lease ends in 4 months and I'm seriously looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road. I'm in real estate myself, but buying for my own family feels different. I'm trying to see past the marketing. For anyone who's taken possession from Ansal API in Rajkot, how was the handover process? More importantly, what are the post-possession maintenance charges like? Are they reasonable after the first year, or do they become a burden? Any insights on a 3BHK around ₹90L would really help.
