Construction-linked payment plans are a complete scam for end-users, especially for a family looking to upgrade. Everyone talks about CLP ka flexibility, but what about the hidden interest cost of paying while construction is going on? My wife is clear, we need a 3BHK near Kalawad Road for kids' school admission, and I'm looking at Balaji Group or Madhav Group. These payment plans just stretch the financial burden unnecessarily. I mean, agar project delay hua toh EMI aur rent dono chalta rehta hai, right? Isn't it smarter to go for a ready-to-move ya phir maximum down payment karke loan kam lena? For a ₹90L 3BHK, paying for 2-3 years without possession seems like a huge risk. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, bhai! CLP sounds flexible on paper but it's a trap. My uncle bought a flat with CLP in Krishna Kunj area, and the project got delayed by two years. He ended up paying EMI *and* rent. The stress was immense. For ₹90L, it's a huge amount to block.
Sahi keh rahe ho, bhai. My cousin also faced this in Krishna Kunj. Builder delays are common.
