Rajkot infra delays are killing genuine buyer confidence
Since last October I've been seriously looking at properties in Rajkot, specifically around the 150 Feet Ring Road area, eyeing places like Krishna Kunj. I work in real estate myself, so I know what builders don't tell you, about super area vs carpet area games, all that. But buying for myself, it's different, man. I'm seeing many projects from Balaji Group or Galaxy Group banking heavy on the 150 Feet Ring Road expansion and AIIMS Rajkot completion. They quote prices based on "future development," you know? But honestly, the timelines for these infra projects... are they ever truly realistic? What's the ground reality for delays? I'm worried about slow appreciation or getting stuck with an incomplete project. What are your experiences? Should I wait it out, or just buy now and hope the promises hold up?
