150 Feet Ring Road expansion aur DMIC influence se Rajkot mein konse areas mein best price appreciation milega? Main abhi Krishna Kunj ke paas Balaji Group ka 2BHK dekh raha tha, budget ₹60L around hai. My parents keep saying Gondal Road side bhi dekho, but udhar itna infra development nahi lag raha. AIIMS aur Airport ki wajah se University Road aur Mota Mava ka toh pata hai, but 150 Ft Ring Road ka future kya hai? Kya wahan abhi bhi entry point accha hai ya prices already jump kar chuke hain? Madhav Group aur Galaxy Group ke projects bhi hain wahan. Honestly not sure if it's still a good investment window for a first-time buyer like me. Your thoughts?
