Mota Mava, Kalawad Road, ya 150 Feet Ring Road ke paas? Builder jaise Balaji Group ya Madhav Group ke projects mein long-term ROI kaisa hai? Aur DMIC influence ka kya scene hai? Koi affordable investment window baki hai kya? Need advice on areas with good future prospects for someone who can't actively manage property.

NRI investment Rajkot mein, especially without being physically present, is a huge risk yaar. Mota Mava aur Kalawad Road mein prices toh badhe hain, but kya woh sustainable hai? Ya sirf infra hype hai? Balaji Group aur Madhav Group ke projects mein long-term ROI kaafi unpredictable lagta hai, especially agar possession mein delays ho.
