Been tracking Rajkot property for about 6 months now, honestly fed up of renting. My landlord just hiked rent again. I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone talks about the new Airport, AIIMS, and the 150 Feet Ring Road expansion. Builders are really pushing projects near these. I noticed prices around Kalawad Road and Mota Mava have already jumped quite a bit. But my question is, are there areas slightly further out, maybe towards Gondal Road or even past Nana Mava, that will see appreciation *because* of this infra but haven't fully priced it in yet? I'm looking for a 2BHK, budget around 60-70L. Not sure if it's too late to catch the wave. Any insights on finding value before it's gone? Hope this helps someone else looking too.
