Did some research on Rajkot properties from Dubai. I'm eyeing a 3BHK on Kalawad Road, but PLC and floor-rise charges make it ₹1.1 Cr. Seems high, yaar. Secondary market mein 5-year-old flats same area mein ₹90L tak mil rahe hain. Kya lagta hai, new project with high PLC ya resale mein better deal milegi long-term ke liye? Rental yield bhi dekhna hai, can't do site visits myself. What's the community's take?
