Looking at maybe a 2BHK on Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road, around ₹60-70L. Builders like Balaji Group ya Madhav Group ka track record kaisa hai remote buyers ke liye? Main concern hai legal clarity aur phir rental property manage karna. Should I go for a flat or a small plot for future appreciation? What's the real rental yield like there? Power of attorney ke saath kitna risk hai?
