₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Mota Mava, near AIIMS — is this valuation justified? I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. AIIMS aur Airport ki wajah se prices badhe hain, but abhi kitna upside baki hai? Kalawad Road ya 150 Feet Ring Road side, which one has more growth potential with DMIC influence? Should I jump in now?
