Been tracking Rajkot properties for years, and one thing I've learned is how crucial initial construction quality is for long-term ROI. Forget the fancy brochure, site visits are key. Jab under-construction projects dekhte ho, look beyond the sample flat. Check the raw structure – column alignment, rebar exposure, slab finish. Kya plaster mein pehle se hairline cracks dikh rahe hain? Also, ask about the brands for plumbing and electricals they're planning. Builder generally hide this. It really impacts future maintenance costs and resale value. These small details, agar sahi na hon, toh baad mein bahut costly padte hain. What else do you guys check on site for quality?

Good points, but as a first-time buyer, how do we even know what good rebar or slab finish looks like? Builder toh kuch bhi bol dete hain. Any specific red flags for a layman like me?
Exactly my dilemma!
Totally agree! Sample flat toh bas dikhawa hota hai. I almost fell for it in a project near Krishna Kunj. Luckily, I backed out.
