Since last year, I've been eyeing properties in Rajkot for investment. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone looks interesting, price wise ₹29-30L. As someone jo real estate mein hai, I know builders play games with super area. What's the actual carpet area ratio like there? Comparing its effective price per sqft with nearby projects, is it really good value for money? Not sure if the premium for 'completed' is worth it long-term. Is the current pricing justified, ya over-priced lag raha hai for what it offers? Any insights on the real usable space or value for money?
