Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, and honestly, the elevator situation is a joke. Everyone glorifies new projects, but nobody talks about the pathetic elevator quality post-possession. Already facing breakdowns, response from maintenance is slow AF. Rajkot mein yeh normal hai kya? Tenant attraction pe direct hit hai, resale value bhi down hogi. Yeh chhote issues long-term ROI kharab karte hain. Change my mind.
