Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on long-term appreciation for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I'm looking to invest in these completed units, around ₹29-30L, but my main concern is the capital appreciation forecast. It's a completed project, so I'm wondering if there's much upside left or if prices have already peaked. What's the real ground reality for property value movement in that specific area since launch? I need to know if I'm getting in too late for good ROI. Also, considering a 5-7 year hold, who typically buys properties there? Are end-users active, or is the secondary market mostly investors trading amongst themselves? Thinking about an exit strategy, is it generally easy to find buyers for these units, or does it sit for a while? Any insights would be super helpful.
