Builders like Balaji Group ya Madhav Group ka track record NRI ke liye kaisa hai? Also, property manager aur Power of Attorney ka process kitna smooth hai Rajkot mein? Should I even consider under-construction ya ready-to-move hi lena chahiye? Koi advice ya experience share kar sakta hai?
