Rajkot investors: Site visit quality checks for resale?
Honestly, trying to upgrade from my current 2BHK in Rajkot is giving me a headache. I'm looking for a 3BHK or a small villa, mostly for long-term investment, rental income ya resale value. Already have a home loan, so don't want to make a bad decision. Visited a few sites, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone bhi dekha hai. Builders toh sab accha dikhate hain, but under-construction projects mein construction quality kaise judge karein? Kya dekhna chahiye on site? Like, walls ka finish, column work, plaster, initial electrical setup... does it really impact future maintenance and resale? Kya yeh amenities ke premium ko justify karta hai? Any experienced investors ya homeowners here jo site visits pe red flags ya must-check points bata sakein? Your real experience would be super helpful.
