Since January, I've been eyeing properties around Kalawad Road for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so site inspections are tough. Just got a quote from Ansal API for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj, and the super area to carpet area ratio seems ridiculous. It feels like numbers are inflated to justify prices. My budget is around ₹1.1 Cr, but this super area calculation pushes stamp duty and registration significantly higher. Is this common in Rajkot? How do you verify actual usable space when buying blind?
