Honestly not sure how to assess under-construction projects anymore. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, especially for investment in Rajkot like Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, feels different. Builders ka marketing spin toh pata hai. What are the real red flags to look for during site visits for construction quality? Not just finishing, but structural stuff. Also, elevator quality and maintenance response time, does anyone have ground reality pe opinion? Investors ke liye yeh sab resale value aur tenant attraction pe kitna impact karta hai?

U3, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Builder delays aur phir low quality, common story hai. Mere ek relative ka bhi experience kharab raha Krishna Kunj area mein, almost same issues with water seepage and poor maintenance. It's a nightmare.
Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number kya hai? Aur possession date kya thi? Completed hai ya abhi bhi under-construction?
Oh, U7, thanks for the info! Original post mein laga ki under-construction hai. Completed hai toh quality check aur bhi important ho jata hai, ready-to-move projects mein toh sab dikhta hai. But agar pehle under-construction bolke becha tha aur ab completed hai, toh transparency pe sawal uthta hai.
Hey, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai. Iski possession date 2022-06-01 thi. So, technically, it's a COMPLETED project, not under-construction anymore.

Marketing toh sabki chamak-dhamak hoti hai, but construction quality ka asli pata kaise chale? Especially structural cheezein, woh toh baad mein hi pata chalti hain na? Finishing toh sab karwa lete hain.
Bilkul! Aur agar project completed hai, toh builder ka track record aur past projects ki quality pe bhi dhyaan dena padta hai. Reputed builders ki value alag hoti hai.
