Rajkot investors — what's next for property values?

Market timing is everything, I swear. Just moved into my new 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road last month, aur ab lag raha hai sahi time pe liya ya thoda jaldi ho gaya. Rajkot International Airport aur AIIMS ka impact toh dikh raha hai, but will prices keep appreciating like this, especially around Mota Mava? Yaar, not sure if we've hit the peak. What are your thoughts on Rajkot's property future? Any insights from those who've seen previous cycles?
