Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — I'm looking to invest in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone after upgrading my own home. It's a completed 2BHK project, around ₹29-30L. I'm trying to figure out its actual capital appreciation history in Rajkot since completion. What's the resale market like for these specific 2BHKs? Is it easy to find buyers quickly if I plan a 5-7 year hold? Any insights on the liquidity here, or what kind of premium one can realistically expect on resale? Don't want to get stuck later.

Ansal Aastha? Bhai, thoda research aur kar lo. Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein utna strong nahi hai for timely delivery and quality. 29-30L for a 2BHK is decent for an end-user, but for investment, resale value wahan pe thodi iffy ho sakti hai. Especially for a 5-7 year hold, you need a project with proven appreciation.
