Rajkot investors, where are the real value deals?
I'll be honest, the whole Rajkot property market feels like a maze from Dubai. Can't do site visits easily, so relying on you all for ground truth. I'm looking for an investment property, maybe a 2BHK or 3BHK around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road, budget around ₹80L. My main concern is finding an underpriced asset for good long-term capital appreciation. Kya Rajkot mein abhi bhi koi price correction zones hain jahan real value mil sakti hai? Builders like Balaji or Madhav Group ke projects mein koi hidden gems hain kya? Or should I look at secondary market deals for better negotiation? Ansal API ke old projects ka kya scene hai in terms of total cost of acquisition? NRI ke liye legal clarity, power of attorney, aur rental management ka kya process hai? Any good property managers out there? Thanks!

Bhai, you're not alone. Rajkot market is definitely a puzzle, especially for NRIs. Underpriced asset for 80L near 150ft Ring Road is a tough ask right now, to be honest. Correction toh door ki baat hai, prices are quite firm.
