Rajkot: Krishna Kunj's facilities - real deal or just talk?

Did a site visit to a couple of flats in Krishna Kunj last Saturday. I'm fed up of renting, seriously considering buying my first place in Rajkot. Everyone glorifies Krishna Kunj having great schools and hospitals nearby, but honestly, is it really that convenient for day-to-day life? It feels like they're just *there* on paper. Admissions to decent schools are a nightmare, and emergency hospital access seems more about traffic than distance. Is the 'good facilities' thing for Krishna Kunj just marketing hype? Should I be looking at Mota Mava or University Road instead? Change my mind, but I'm just not seeing the actual user-friendly aspect for families. What's the real ground reality for school admissions or specialist availability? My budget is around ₹70L for a 2BHK.
