EMI aur maintenance ka burden dekh ke lagta hai ki rent mein peace of mind zyada hai. Especially 150 Feet Ring Road pe 2BHK ke liye ₹50L+ dena, matlab ROI kahan hai? Builders jaise Balaji Group aur Madhav Group ki prices dekh ke lagta hai. Honestly, buying is just locking up capital. Kya aapko lagta hai ki long run mein buying worth it hai?

Yaar, I totally agree with the post. Rajkot mein prices sky-high ho gaye hain for what you get. 50L for a 2BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road feels like a joke. Renting seems so much less stressful right now.
