Rajkot mein construction quality ka kya scene hai?

The construction quality in Rajkot, especially post-possession, is quite frustrating. I'm in a 2BHK, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka naam suna hai, but actual build quality ka kya scene hai? Friends ne bataya walls mein cracks, seepage problems after a year. Builders brochure mein sab accha dikhate hain. Is the premium for a new project really worth it if these issues pop up later? Anyone faced similar or has advice on what to look for?
