Builders like Madhav Group ya Galaxy Group, unke projects mein total acquisition cost kitna upar jaata hai from the base price? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, yeh sab add karke 150 Feet Ring Road pe 3BHK ke liye ₹1 Crore budget mein kya milega? Ansal API Krishna Kunj mein bhi same scene hai kya? Hidden charges ka koi idea hai?

Totally agree with the post! Builders in Rajkot always play this game. I'm looking for a 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road too, and every time I get a quote, it feels like half the charges are hidden. It's so frustrating to budget when the final price is a mystery.
