Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month. Honestly, the finishing quality is quite disappointing. Cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose hain. Builder ko complain kiya, but response slow hai. Yeh sab normal hai kya? Ya sirf mere saath hi aisa hua? Anyone else facing similar issues with new flats in Rajkot?

Oh no, that's really concerning. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone toh naya project hai na? Konsi floor pe liya hai? Aur builder ne kya bola exact reason for these cracks and loose fittings? Yeh toh bahut basic stuff hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Aksar builders low-cost materials use karte hain finishing mein taaki profit margin badhayein. Especially bathroom fittings aur paintwork mein sabse pehle compromise hota hai
