Visited an Ansal API project near 150 Feet Ring Road last weekend. Builder se baat ki, they don't seem to budge much on price. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. For a 3BHK, they quoted ₹90L, not including stamp duty. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the *real* negotiation margin in Rajkot. Builders claim 'no-discount policy'. Secondary market mein kuch better deal mil sakti hai kya? Like a 2BHK in Mota Mava, maybe ₹50-55L. Kya wahan 5-10% bhi negotiate ho sakta hai? Ya phir builders ka hold itna strong hai?

Bhai, Ansal API ka toh yahi scene hai. Rajkot mein builders ka hold bahut strong ho gaya hai, especially on new projects. ₹90L for a 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road is standard, but the 'no discount' policy is frustrating for first-time buyers like us. I faced the same with another big builder.
Haan, same experience. They barely moved on a 2BHK near Nana Mava. Builders are just confident now.
