Mota Mava mein property search chal rahi hai. Kids ab bahar settle ho gaye, toh itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Hamara purana ghar bech ke chhota 2BHK ya 3BHK lena hai, low maintenance wala. Kalawad Road aur 150 Feet Ring Road ke paas societies dekhi hain. Galaxy Group ya Madhav Group ke projects thik lag rahe hain. Par Rajkot mein current house ka resale kaisa hoga? Purani properties ki demand hai kya? New flats mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? AIIMS ke paas options hain, but OC milne mein kitna time lagta hai usually? Parking bhi important hai.

Galaxy Group aur Madhav Group dono ka naam hai Rajkot mein, but construction quality pe ab bahut dhyan dena padega. Mere ek friend ne Galaxy ke project mein liya tha Kalawad Road pe, plumbing issues aa gaye the 2 saal mein hi. Site visit karo aur previous projects ke residents se baat karo, best way hai check karne ka.
Madhav Residency mein OC ka thoda delay hua tha, but 1.5 saal toh nahi, maybe 9-12 months. Mere ek relative wahan rehte hain. Parking ka issue nahi hai, unhone har flat ke liye allotted

Totally agree! Builder delivery dates aur quality dono mein kaafi loopholes rakhte hain. Bahut frustration hoti hai.
AIIMS ke paas options kaafi promising lag rahe hain. Future growth bahut hai udhar. OC ka toh scene aisa hai ki reputed builders time pe de dete hain, but small builders ka thoda issue hota hai. Generally 6-12 months after completion, but depends on builder.
Bhai, aapki problem samajh sakta hoon. Rajkot mein purani properties ka resale thoda tough ho gaya hai, especially agar location bahut prime na ho. Mota Mava mein shayad phir bhi chal jaata hai, but demand mostly new projects ki taraf hai. Hamare ek relative ne bhi apna 3BHK bechne ki try ki thi Krishna Kunj mein, 6 mahine lag gaye the! Price bhi expected se kam mila.
