Rajkot mein rental yield ka kya scene hai?
My lease ends in 4 months and I'm honestly not sure if I should renew or look for a new place, especially with these rental hikes. I'm seeing 2BHKs on 150 Feet Ring Road asking ₹18-20k, which feels high. For landlords, is investing in property for rental income still making sense in Rajkot? What kind of rental yield are you guys actually getting these days? Also, as a tenant, I'm confused about furnished vs semi-furnished. Semi-furnished pe extra rent dena worth it hai kya? I heard some landlords include major appliance repairs in the agreement, not sure if that's common. My friend in Krishna Kunj had a fridge issue, landlord ne bol diya 'tumhara issue'. Any tips on getting clarity on maintenance responsibilities before signing? Hope this helps someone else too.

Yaar, same pinch! Meri bhi lease khatam hone wali hai aur 150 Feet Ring Road pe rates sun ke darr lag raha hai. ₹18-20k for a 2BHK is wild, especially for first-timers like us. Lagta hai rental yield ab utna attractive nahi raha, ya humari budget hi kam hai. I'm also struggling with the furnished vs semi-furnished decision.
Totally agree! Rajkot mein property prices toh sky-high hain, toh us
