Last few months, I've been seriously looking at investment properties around 150 Feet Ring Road and Kalawad Road. My main concern is the total acquisition cost, especially the stamp duty and registration charges. For a 3BHK around ₹80L, this adds a big chunk. I'm thinking about a project by Madhav Group ya maybe a resale in Krishna Kunj. With resale, sometimes valuation kam hoti hai. Do you guys think opting for resale can actually save on stamp duty overall, ya itna farak nahi padta? Also, construction-linked plans mein kya initial stamp duty payment ka koi benefit milta hai? What's your experience with these costs affecting ROI?
