The premium for a 3BHK or villa in Rajkot feels totally unjustified right now. Everyone glorifies upgrading, but nobody talks about the insane price jump from a 2BHK. I'm currently in a 2BHK near University Road and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, but the jump seems huge. Is that extra space really worth the huge EMI increase? With the airport and AIIMS nearby, prices are already up. Are we just buying into inflated expectations? Or is the long-term appreciation for larger homes actually solid, especially with builders like Balaji Group? Should I just stick with my 2BHK? Change my mind.
