Yaar, Kalawad Road mein toh prices already high hain. 2026 tak sustainable lagta nahi hai for such rapid appreciation. Builder inventory bhi bahut hai, aur isse correction ka pressure badhega. Especially for first-time buyers like us, it feels like a big risk right now.
